I have wanted to journal about my classroom for years and now I am finally doing it (the new age way)! I hear and see the funniest things everyday and LOVE sharing these stories. I hope this will be a quick and fun way to share with everyone what I get to experience on a daily basis, as well as document for years to come some of the greatest things that happen to me everyday :)

Bad Day
Student: This is gonna be a bad day for me!
Me: Why?
Student: Because my skin is falling off and I have hairy hair.
I am a 3rd grade ELL teacher in the Paradise Valley Unified School District. This is my 5th year teaching and I have always taught English Language Learners. I have taught grades 1, 2, 3, and 6. I absolutely LOVE my job, as I feel it is a way of life for me. I could not see myself doing anything different (I did for 2 years, and literally had withdrawals). I get to laugh, learn, and play everyday at work!
